Send us your defective ball screw or trapezoidal screw. We will provide you with a report and tell you the cost of a repair or make an offer for a replica. We would be happy to carry out any necessary surface treatments such as gas nitriding, nitrocarburizing or plasma nitriding including a final quality control for you. We have also carried out emergency repairs on site.

With this service we increase your machine availability, save costs, help to minimize storage costs and actively contribute to environmental protection.

The assessment of your screw drive is free of charge. You then decide whether the component should be repaired or a replica should be made based on a sample. On request, we can also create a drawing for your documentation.
